We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities, which were top-notch. The parking was convenient, right in front of the reception area. Additionally, the location was great, being in the center of this city and just a 20-minute walk to town. The staff was also wonderful, as they were professional, friendly, and always helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

There was a wedding the night we were there, so the dining room was closed. Would have been nice to have a warning about that.

We stayed at Hotel Barrage for two nights. Everything was great. We ate twice in the more casual restaurant that is part of the hotel and once in the formal dining room. All of the meals were very good. Prices were reasonable compared to other places we stayed on this trip. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and well thought out. Morrning breakfast which was included in our rate was the standard fare but certainly fine. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to report.

The value for money at this converted old mill property was exceptional. The rooms were beautifully furnished and provided a comfortable stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us during our visit. Having a car is recommended for easy access to nearby attractions.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more frequent replenishment of certain items, especially during busy periods.

The room was really spacious and I thought it was a nice gesture to receive a complimentary bottle of wine.

I found the room to be too cold, the bed had very thin bed covers and there were no extra blankets in the room. Additionally, I found the room to be too light... It looked on to a car park where there were lights on all night and the light filtered into the room.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, especially if you have a car.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe offering more variety or options.

Restraunt not to good

The bed was too hard ... This is the only issues I found but for the rest excellent

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms at this hotel. The beds were cozy and the rooms were spacious, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. I also appreciated the beautiful views from the hotel, offering a picturesque backdrop to my holiday experience. Additionally, the hotel allowed pets, which was a bonus for me as I was able to bring along my furry friend and enjoy the holiday together.

There were some aspects of my stay that I did not particularly enjoy. the hotel lacked the amenities and services one would expect from a 4-star establishment.

The place was everything we were expecting, and more. The value that you get for the price paid is amazing. The Hotel itself was nice and clean, super comfortable, and the staff was always gentle and helpful. Totally recommended.

The only thing you could complain is, maybe, the location. However, for us that was not a problem since we were moving by car.

Good views of the Alps

Friendly and helpful receptionist who upgraded our room upon hearing about the issues we encountered. The room was clean and spacious with a stunning view of the mountains. The breakfast offered a good selection of food. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Rooms were good and clean, enough space Fantastic Restaurant / Pizzeria just ~200m away: Walk across the street and over the Bridge and you will find this lovely and real Italian Restaurant

Bar was expensive and not really comfortable

Even if Hotel Barrage isn't in the most beautiful of settings, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the staff was very professional and attentive.

Glass partition for bath tub is not sufficiently wide enough to prevent water from splashing out onto the floor when showering. You need to be careful and limit yourself to one side of the tub.
